Have the certificate number, proof of timely registration, or details allowing Vital Coat to locate the accepted registration; homeowner and property information, installer and application details, proof of purchase, and clear photographs ready.

12-Month Product Warranty

For a concern involving product purchased by a Roof Scientist franchisee from NxTech Holdings LLC during the applicable 12-month warranty period.

Have the order or invoice number, purchaser, delivery details, product/lot information, description, photographs, and storage history ready. Identify whether replacement or refund is requested under the applicable Agreement provision. Homeowner registration is not required for this commercial claim.
