The Five-Year Warranty covers qualifying residential product adhesion. The Twelve-Month Product Warranty covers the authorized Roof Scientist franchise channel and remains subject to the applicable executed Agreement. Read the applicable warranty before submitting a claim.
Submit initial registration for a qualifying residential application within 30 days after application. If it was not submitted within that period, the homeowner has an additional 30-day grace period, through day 60. Registration remains subject to acceptance and warranty eligibility.
Register InstallationReport a registered adhesion concern or a delivered-product concern and provide the supporting records requested for review.
