Approved controlled documents for Shingleton Guard.
NxTech Holdings LLC d/b/a Vital Coat is the seller and document owner. Shingleton Guard is the Roof Scientist white-label product/program and is not a contracting legal entity.

Two separate warranties apply. The twelve-month warranty concerns delivered Product conformity and storage-dependent shelf life. The five-year prorated warranty concerns qualifying adhesion performance after an eligible registered application. Neither warranty changes the scope or duration of the other.

Begin a claim by emailing [email protected] with the subject Warranty Claim - [order or invoice number]. Vital Coat will acknowledge the email and provide the controlled submission directions. Installer registration and documentation requirements continue to apply to the five-year adhesion warranty.
