Approved controlled documents for Shingleton Guard.
NxTech Holdings LLC d/b/a Vital Coat is the seller and document owner. Shingleton Guard is the Roof Scientist white-label product/program and is not a contracting legal entity.

Two separate warranties apply. The twelve-month warranty concerns delivered Product conformity for the authorized Roof Scientist franchise channel and is governed by the applicable executed Agreement. Storage-dependent shelf life is separate from that warranty period. The five-year prorated warranty covers qualifying residential adhesion after an eligible registered application.

Warranty registration and claims

Use the Warranty Hub to review the applicable warranty, register a qualifying residential installation, or submit a claim. Claims may also be emailed to [email protected] as directed in the applicable warranty. Five-year initial registration is due within 30 days after application, with the homeowner grace period through day 60. Homeowner registration is not a condition for twelve-month commercial product claims. Follow the executed Agreement’s requirements for formal contractual notices.
